It is a big question now a day that why is it so hard to find a job now? It is a dream of everyone to find a job which meets with their skills and interest too. Unfortunately, a number of employees are doing jobs which are not suitable with their skills. But people are doing jobs which are not according to their interest or according to their main expertise. The question is this why is it happening and how to find and get hired for a job easily now a day?
