Job Description

  • Processing & Maintaining the attendance of the employees.
  • Controlling the in & out flow of employees.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustment.
  • Distribute and collect daily attendance from each department.
  • Review departmental timecards to ensure employee’s time (missed punches) is accurately recorded and complete.
  • Maintaining Daily & Monthly attendance record.
  • Provide payroll & timekeeping.
  • Processed all kinds of payroll deductions.
  • Ensuring all kinds of payment of employees & staff.
  • Prepare a report of monthly activities & submit to higher authority.
