  • Greet and welcome CEO guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Meet & Greet local as well as foreign visitors
  • Ensure reception area is clean and presentable, with all necessary requirements.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with good PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings
  • Helping with few administration tasks
  • Keeping register for vehicles along with fuel cards ledgers

Education & Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Multitasking
  • Able to work on their own with minimum guidance
  • MS Office – especially MS office / excel (must be able to demonstrate)
  • Good typing speed with accuracy
